What exactly is DASH?
DASH is a user-friendly market intelligence platform that provides licensed real estate agents, both domestic and international, with access to new development content exclusive to pre- and new-construction projects in major U.S. markets.
The result is an all-in-one ecosystem where developers and agents can quickly and efficiently share property details, access approved marketing content, and coordinate prospect introductions.
Although alternative content sources exist, DASH’s primary goal is to accelerate widespread access of essential, accurate and current data that’s also easily deployable. This significantly enhances the benefits of all involved in the sales process…and that’s precisely where DASH excels!
Is DASH a Listing Service?
Sort of! While most listing services focus on individual units and resales, DASH exclusively showcases new development inventory — from broader new- and pre-construction communities, to specific luxury homes and condominiums.
Specifically, DASH showcases new condos, condo-hotels, penthouses and single-family communities including townhomes. As DASH’s database grows, we will add more markets and property types over time.
Is DASH a Brokerage?
No. DASH is not a brokerage and does not sell real estate. DASH is a software-as-a-service platform that provides marketing and research tools for agents, developers and their associates.
How do I create my own DASH account?
DASH is available on a monthly subscription basis as either a free or paid user. Free users can sign up with just their email and a valid agent license number.

How Do DASH's Subscriptions Work?
DASH offers a free plan (Basic) and a paid plan (Pro). Free users have limited access to platform features, but can explore the full new development database and all information for each property DASH is tracking. It’s a great way to get a feel for the platform before deciding to upgrade to take advantage of the more advanced DASH Pro features.
Pro users gain greater access to features and a no obligation, 10-day trial to try them out.

What if I Change My Brokerage? Do I Lose Access to DASH?
We’re glad you asked! DASH was made to help agents, brokers and homebuilders better communicate and collaborate — but at the end of the day, DASH is built for the individual. During signup, you should use your personal email address, that way if you ever change brokerages or firms, DASH can make the jump with you.
